Yes, salad is supposed to be healthy, and frozen yogurt is supposed to be healthier than regular ice cream but what are your toppings? Me, when eating frozen yogurt I usually don’t use toppings or I use fruits. With salad I normally don’t use dressing.

Try to cut down your snacking habits and if you really just can’t without some snacking; try the “healthier” snacks, dark chocolate, peanuts etc.
Running, taking stairs instead of elevator, walking, biking, weight lifting etc. … will help you burn more calories and gain muscles.
