7 easy tips to lose body fat 

Are you trying to get in shape but the task just seem too impossible? I’m bringing you 7 easy tips to improve the loss of your body fat. starting with paying attention to your daily food intake in order to avoid the extra calories and also think carefully about the quantity and the quality before putting something in your mouth.

Here are some tips to help you reach your goals:

1. Drink plenty of water
Not only that water fills you up, but it is also a better and healthier choice than e.g. Juice, soda and any other drink. (And it’s good for your skin also). 

2. Grill/bake your meat:

Grilling is much healthier way of cooking because it cuts down the fat intake. 

3.Use a small plate:

This will help you keep control of the amount of food you are eating and reduce your portion. When you have a lot of food on your plate, you will automatically eat more. 

4. Spicy food:

Spicy food help to speed up your metabolism. (How much and how long you need to do it? I don’t know… But I eat spicy every day: Chilli. Ginger, etc.) 

5. Avoid toppings:

Yes, salad is supposed to be healthy, and frozen yogurt is supposed to be healthier than regular ice cream but what are your toppings? Me, when eating frozen yogurt I usually don’t use toppings or I use fruits. With salad I normally don’t use dressing. 

6. Healthy snacks:

Try to cut down your snacking habits and if you really just can’t without some snacking; try the “healthier” snacks, dark chocolate, peanuts etc.

7. Exercise 

Running, taking stairs instead of elevator, walking, biking, weight lifting etc. … will help you burn more calories and gain muscles. 
My beloved snack, doesn’t quite taste like chips but feels like you eating it! Low fat, low sugar, low salt, enough fibre and protein 👌🏾
