Skin glowing diet

Hey beauties,

I want to share with you this amazing skin diet. It’s easy and mostly things you can implement on your daily basis. This is a slow process and the results are visible in the long run. If you do this now, you won’t have to spend money on plastic surgery/Botox in the future ;’)

1. Water

It’s recommended to drink 3l a day. By drinking this much water your skin will get soft and smooth, dark circles around eyes will get less noticeable.

2. Salmon

Salmon is a great source of protein and essential fatty acids. These nutrients are important for the renewal of skin cells. Eat it twice a week to get results in the long term. If you do not like salmon, replace it with another fatty fish (herring, carp, anchovies, sardines, fresh tuna …). You get essentially the same results as they also contain a lot of omega 3.

3. Beans

Red or black beans are very good for skin elasticity. The beans contain isoflavones which have an anti-ageing skin action because they increase the production of collagen, which prevents the skin from becoming too thin over time. They also protect against aging skin during exposure to ultraviolet light.

4. The liver

It is a source of iron and vitamin A very important. Eat regularly allows the body to produce more keratin, essential to protect the skin.

5. Nuts
Macadamia nuts, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews … Eat nuts, it’s good for you. Rich in zinc, vitamin E and selenium, nuts are excellent to fight against premature ageing of the skin.


Everything is good in watermelon! The flesh contains vitamins A and C which are essential for the renewal of skin cells and seeds rich in selenium efficient against wrinkles. So this summer, spend your watermelon in the juicer!


The pulp of the avocado is an activator of collagen, ideal for repairing the skin and make it all smooth. In summary, it is a natural anti wrinkle.

Extra advice: Healthy eating’ is not all you are supposed to do, remember to moisturise, moisturise and keep moisturising! Also wash your face with products that suits your skin type.

    Ahh so many yummy things:) I love salmon, I notice such a huge difference when I get in my Omega 3s!
