What Are The Health Benefits Of Honey?

First, Honey is a 100% natural product. Made from long and lengthy work of bees, which they create from nectar flowers that they gather. There are many types of honeys, and the benefits and qualities vary accordingly. It is important that to inform yourself about your honey before choosing it. You can choose to combine or alternate the brand of your honey if you’re not sure which one is good for you.

Honey has great health benefits, both anteriorly and on the outside. Indeed, many skin care products use honey as the main ingredient. It is a powerful and healing ingredient, which can help you repair and moisturize your face if you applied as a mask. Mix a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of yogurt, add the essential oils that match your skin type, and you will get a fresh mask very quick to make and easily ready to use. How I Incorporate Honey In My Diet

Honey is rich and sweet, with a distinct taste. However, that doesn’t necessarily make it the worst enemy of diet, besides, it has many benefits. Indeed, honey is much better for health than refined sugar, and replacing the two sugar cubes of the morning tea (it works with coffee too) with a teaspoon of honey can help with weight loss and maintain weight in the long term.

I’ve made it a habit of replacing sugar, caramel, or chocolate on my pancakes or waffles with honey. I find that, little by little, my body is thanking me in many ways, one being a few kilos lighter.

When I feel hungry, a hot drink made from honey and lemon juice does give my body a boost of energy and a feeling of satiety. Also, it does eliminate a large number of toxins out of the body. It is indeed an easy detox drink.

Honey: Tips To Extract The Benefits

In addition to being a great antibacterial, honey is extremely rich in potassium, vitamins, and provides many essential trace elements to the human body. As honey contains enzymes, it helps with digestion, and its action is increased tenfold when combined with lemon.

After dinner and before bedtime: I dilute lemon juice in hot water, and add a teaspoon of honey. This decreases the acidity of the taste and promote digestion, as well as abolition of certain fats.
